1. (1) Special permits for single trip movements of overweight or overdimensional loads shall be valid for a period of ten (10) calendar days, except as otherwise specifically provided in these rules. There shall be no time extensions for a single trip permit.
2. (2) Annual special permits may be obtained as set forth in T.C.A. §§ 55-7-205(b) and (h), and as further provided in Rule 1680-07-01-.24.
