- (1) Distance from the nearest edge of the right-of-way shall be measured horizontally along a fine perpendicular to the edge of the highway, from the nearest edge of the right-of-way to the nearest portion of the junkyard.
- (2) Distance along the edge of the main traveled way of a highway shall be measured between two vertical planes which are perpendicular to and interest the edge of the highway, and which pass through the termini of the measured distance.
