Re: Application for Permit to Cut and Bale Hay on Interstate Right-of-Way Dear ____________________________, Your Application for Permit to Cut and Bale Hay Along Interstate Right-of-Way in Tennessee has been reviewed. Permission is hereby ___________________________ granted ______________________ denied to proceed with operations in the area as listed on the attached copy of your application. APPROVED DATES OF OPERATION: Begin ______________________________________________End _________________________________ This letter, copy of application, and copy of rules and regulations must be in possession of cutting and baling personnel and be available for inspection on demand. This permission may be revoked upon violation of rules and regulations. You have provided the Department of Transportation with a performance bond in the amount of $2,500 and a certificate of insurance in the required amount. It is understood that should your insurance be cancelled, this permit is void. Furthermore, this permission is granted with the understanding that, after seven (7) days notice, authorization may be revoked or suspended in case the permit law or policy of this Department is changed, or, for any reason deemed necessary by the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation.
