1. (1) All vessels in the vicinity of the Dyer’s Creek Recreation Area Launching Ramp, as delineated by buoys and/or signs, shall be operated as follows:

   1. (a) Vessels shall operate at a “Slow-No Wake” speed.
   2. (b) Vessels shall not tow water skis, tubes, surfboards, or similar devices.
