1. (1) All motorboats being operated within the site described below shall be operated at a “Slow- No Wake” speed and shall not tow a person on water skis, surfboard, or similar devices:

2. (2) Vessels being operated on Fort Patrick Henry Reservoir in the vicinity of Duck Island at Warrior Path State Park (HRM 11.7L) as delineated by a line of informational buoys shall operate as follows:

   1. (a) Motorboats shall operate at a “Slow-No Wake” speed.
   2. (b) Motorboats shall not tow a person on water skis, surfboard, or similar devices.
