1. (1) Vessels being operated on South Holston Lake in the vicinity of the Sullivan County Recreation Area in Painter Spring Branch (HRM 60.6R) and the boat ramp adjacent to Sullivan County Recreation Area (HRM 60.5R), as delineated by a line of informational buoys, shall be operated as follows:

   1. (a) Motorboats shall operate at a “Slow-No Wake” speed.
   2. (b) Motorboats shall not tow a person on water skis, surfboard or similar devices.
2. (2) All vessels are prohibited from U.S. Forest Service’s Jacobs Creek Swim Area (SHRM 59.8L) as delineated by a line of “No Boating” buoys.
