(1) Fishing of Lake Halford
- (a) An appropriate state license shall be required as provided by the rules and regulations of the TWRA. All fishing must be in compliance with and governed by TWRA rules and regulations and laws of the State of Tennessee.
- (b) Fishing from the swimming area is prohibited.
- (c) No cleaning of fish shall take place on TWRA property except at designated areas.
- (d) Fishing from the dam is prohibited.
- (e) Fishing from the 50-foot buffer is prohibited except by permission of the adjacent property owner.
