- (1) The president or chancellor of each state and private college and university shall inform their faculty/staff and students of the community service recognition programs, for both students and faculty/staff.
- (2) Presidents and chancellors shall solicit nominations from administrators, faculty/staff, student and members of the public.
- (3) The Executive Director of the Tennessee Higher Education Commission shall request presidents and chancellors to submit nomi9nations in January of each year.
- (4) The Executive Director will appoint a committee to review the nominations and select outstanding faculty/staff and students to be recognized.
