Each county election commission using electronic voting machines shall select a number of precincts equal to at least one percent (1%) of the number of precincts in the RULES AND REGULATIONS election and have all machines used in such precincts prepared for a test election. A test election shall then be conducted on each machine to assure that all office titles and candidate names are accurately printed, positioned and functioning properly.
