The Election Code of the State of Tennessee as embodied in chapter 740, Public Acts of the General Assembly of Tennessee, 1972 (Title 2, Tennessee Code Annotated) ‘‘as amended,’’ shall govern all elections conducted with the use of electronic voting devices except as otherwise necessarily modified by these regulations
