A Sports Gaming System shall, at least once every twenty-four (24) hours, perform a self-authentication process on all software used to offer, record, and process Wagers to ensure there have been no unauthorized modifications. In the event of an authentication failure, at a minimum, the Sports Gaming System shall Immediately Notify the Licensee’s information systems officer, or designee. The Licensee’s information systems officer, or designee, shall then Immediately Notify the Council of an authentication failure. The results of all self-authentication attempts shall be recorded by the Sports Gaming System and maintained for a period of not less than ninety (90) days.
