1. (1) Parlay Bets.

   1. (a) Proposition plays and future Bets can be parlayed.
   2. (b) Event outcomes that are directly connected can be parlayed, e.g., moneyline and the point spread of the same Sporting Event.

2. (2) Proposition Bets.

   1. (a) Wagers on an individual’s actions, events, statistics, occurrences, or non-occurrences to be determined during a collegiate Sporting Event are prohibited.
   2. (b) Pre-Game Proposition Bets on the performance or non-performance of a collegiate team are allowed.
   3. (c) In-Game Proposition Bets on the performance or non-performance of a collegiate team are prohibited.
   4. (d) Proposition Bets can be placed on Events related to Sporting Events upon approval by the Council.
   5. (e) Proposition Bets cannot be placed on any type of possible injury.
   6. (f) Various forms of Proposition Bets are allowed if approved by the Council and addressed in the Licensee’s House Rules.
