1. (1) Students who successfully complete an Enhanced Handgun Safety Course conducted by a certified Enhanced Handgun Safety School shall be issued a Department certificate of completion.

   1. (a) The certificate shall bear the following information:

      1. 1. Student name and Drivers License number or Personal Identification License;
      2. 2. Safety School name and ID number;
      3. 3. Instructor name and ID number; and
      4. 4. Date of issuance.
