1. (1) The Tennessee Department of Safety, Division of Driver License Issuance hereby adopts the federal motor carrier safety regulations, and all subsequent amendments thereto, promulgated, approved, and adopted by the United States Department of Transportation contained in Title 49 of the C.F.R. §§ 383 (1992), 386 (1991), 390 (1989), and 391 (1989).
