The fee for duplicating any plate or set of plates issued under a certificate of registration evidencing payment of the holder's motor vehicle privilege tax shall be in the amount so provided for replacing plates in T.C.A. §55-4-105, as amended, and for any substitute plate(s) to be issued from stock the sum of one dollar ($1.00).
