Operators of freight motor vehicles registering under the International Registration Plan shall be issued a Cab Card and a Certificate of Registration for each vehicle so proportionally registered. The Cab Card is issued at no additional cost and shall remain valid as long as the registration status of the vehicle remains unchanged, unless the card is lost, stolen, destroyed or revoked by the Department.
