1. (1) Before any educational course is reviewed for approval by the Commission, the following non-refundable fees shall be paid according to the following hourly credit schedule:

   1. (a) Any course not exceeding eight (8) hours a fee of ten dollars ($10.00);
   2. (b) Any course from nine (9) hours to thirty (30) hours a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00);
   3. (c) Any course exceeding thirty (30) hours a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00).
2. (2) In addition to the above fees, a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) fee shall be paid for each course instructor.
