Any applicant for licensure, including timeshare salesperson and acquisition agent applicants, appearing before the Commission for the purpose of obtaining a license must also ensure the presence of his or her principal broker/managing agent or broker (or intended principal broker/managing agent or broker). No such appearance for the purpose of obtaining a license will be heard by the Commission without the presence of that principal broker. Applicants for a principal broker license are not required to appear before the Commission with a principal broker.
