- (1) If a course has been taken more than once the hourly educational credit for that course will only be counted once for the purpose of satisfying the educational requirements for appraiser licensure or certification.
- (2) If a course is repeated, credit will only be granted for that course with the larger number of classroom hours.
- (3) If the course was taken for the same number of hours, the number of hours in either course will be credited toward the educational requirement.
