1. (1) The Tennessee Professional Archive of Learning (TNPAL): The system of record for all training and professional development as of the effective date of these rules.

2. (2) All agency staff subject to pre-service and/or ongoing training/professional development requirements shall:

   1. (a) Create a user profile for TNPAL, and
   2. (b) Utilize TNPAL as the system of record for meeting all related training/professional development requirements.
