Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1240-01-05-.01 – Destitute and Zero Net Income Households Eligible for Expedited Service

The following households shall have their eligibility determined on an expedited basis provided that their total liquid resources as defined in 1240-1-4-.07(l) do not exceed $100.

(1) Households with less than $150 in countable monthly gross income.
(2) Migrant or seasonal farmworker households who are destitute as defined in 1240-1-5-.04.
