1. (1) The Commission shall maintain a Database of telephone numbers of all Tennessee residential subscribers who have elected not to receive telephone solicitations.
2. (2) The information contained in the Database is not open to public inspection or disclosure as defined under Tennessee Code Annotated Title 10, Chapter 7. The Commission will take all necessary steps to protect the confidentiality of the information in the Database.
3. (3) The Commission shall include in its Register the list of Tennessee subscribers included in any Do Not Call or Do Not Text database created by the Federal Communications Commission or any other Federal agency.
4. (4) The Commission will update the Register monthly.
