1. (1) The utility shall retain records as may be necessary to effectuate compliance with Rules 1220-04-04-.18 and 1220-04-04-.35 but not less than three (3) years. Records for customers shall show where applicable:

   1. (a) Kilowatt hour (“kWh”) meter reading.
   2. (b) kWh consumption.
   3. (c) kW meter reading.
   4. (d) kW measured demand.
   5. (e) kW billing demand.
   6. (f) Total amount of bill.
