1. (1) If a record contains confidential information, or information that is not open for public inspection, the PRRC or the records custodian shall prepare a redacted copy of the record and consult with General Counsel or his/her designee before providing access to the records.
2. (2) Whenever a redacted record is provided, the PRRC will provide the requestor with the general basis for redaction without revealing confidential or protected information.
