1. (1) Any person wishing to file a complaint against any person or public place where smoking is prohibited for not complying with the provisions of this Act may do so in one of the following ways:

   1. (a) By a telephone call to the Department; or
   2. (b) By submitting a complaint via the Internet; or
   3. (c) In writing to the Department.
