1. (1) The permit fee to operate a food service establishment shall be in accordance with the following schedule:

   1. (a) Food service establishments with 0–50 seats shall pay a permit fee of two hundred and ten dollars ($210) per year.
   2. (b) Food service establishments with 51 or more seats shall pay a permit fee of three hundred and sixty dollars ($360) per year.
   3. (c) Auxiliary food service establishments shall pay a permit fee of one hundred dollars ($100) per year.
   4. (d) Temporary food service establishments shall pay a permit fee of thirty dollars ($30).
   5. (e) Child care food service establishments and congregate meal sites funded through the commission on aging and disability that are food service establishments with 0–50 seats shall pay a permit fee of fifty dollars ($50) per year.
   6. (f) Child care food service establishments and congregate meal sites funded through the commission on aging and disability that are food service establishments with 51 or more seats shall pay a permit fee of eighty dollars ($80) per year.
   7. (g) School food service establishments shall pay a permit fee of eighty dollars ($80) per year.
   8. (h) Farmers market food units shall pay a permit fee of three hundred dollars ($300).
