The charge schedule of a provider must be applied uniformly to each recipient as services are furnished to the recipient. Appropriate write- offs or adjustments shall be made to each account to reduce the gross charges to the contractual or legal collection limits of the various medical programs. The Comptroller of the Treasury must be notified of any changes in the schedule of charges.
