Removal from Program

Effective Jan 28, 1999Authority: T.C.A. §§68—35—103 and 4—5—202.Tennessee Department of Health, Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, and, Tennessee Department of Finance and Administration

(1) Participants may be removed from the program when they:
1. (a) move out of state, or
2. (b) become financially ineligible, or
3. (c) fail to apply for TennCare or adhere to TennCare requirements
