1. (1) Qualifications. Esoteric Laboratory Personnel shall possess a baccalaureate or advanced degree in the appropriate sciences with at least sixteen (16) semester hours of chemistry and/or biological science courses.

   1. (a) “Advanced degree” is a master’s degree, a doctorate or other degree conferred by a postsecondary institution upon completion of a unified program of study at the graduate level;
