- (1) Applicants who have applied for and are approved to take a specific national certification examination and who have met the minimum education and/or experience requirements as described in Rule 1200-06-01-.22 may be issued a temporary license by the Board’s administrative office.
- (2) No application other than required by Rule 1200-06-01-.05 is required.
- (3) Individuals who possess a state laboratory personnel license in one category will not be eligible for a temporary license in a different category.
- (4) The validity and duration of temporary licenses shall be governed by T.C.A. § 68-29-117(d).
- (5) It is the applicant’s responsibility to submit verification to the Board of the date of the scheduled exam by submitting a copy of the admission letter received from the national certification agency.
