The Board adopts the examinations utilized by all nationally recognized medical laboratory personnel certifying agencies in each classification of licensure. The following shall apply:

1. (1) The exam administration schedule is determined by each national certification agency.
2. (2) Applicants that do not successfully pass the national certification exam will need to reschedule with the national certification agency.
3. (3) The passing score for the national certification exam is determined by each national certification agency.
4. (4) It is the applicant’s responsibility to request that verification of national certification be sent to Board staff.
