The following definitions shall apply to these Regulations:

1. (a) Assembly — a gathering of 5,000 or more people which is conducted or can reasonably be expected to be conducted for eighteen (18) or more hours continuously; whether on public or private property.
2. (b) Department — the Tennessee Department of Public Health.
3. (c) EMT — Emergency Medical Technicians certified by the State of Tennessee.
4. (d) LPN — Licensed Practical Nurse with current registration granted by the State of Tennessee.
5. (e) PEA — the number of persons expected to attend a given Assembly.
6. (f) Person — includes any individual, natural human being, partnership, corporation, firm, company, association, society or group.
7. (g) RN — Registered Nurse with a current registration granted by the State of Tennessee.
