ADMINISTRATIVE HISTORY Original chapter 1190—1 was filed on June 23, 1978; effective July 24, 1978, pursuant to the provisions of T.C.A. Title 4, Chapter 5. The Administrative History following each Rule gives the date on which the Rule was filed and its effective date. The Administrative History also shows the dates of any amendments or repeals. Original rule 1190—1—.10 filed April 25, 1979; effective July 30, 1979. Repealed and new chapter 1190—1 filed June 30, 1983; effective September 14, 1983. Repealed and new chapter 1190—1 filed November 30, 1983; effective March 1, 1993.
