1. (1) Within ten (10) working days of receipt of a written request from a patient or the patient’s authorized representative, an individual licensed by this Board shall provide a complete copy of the patient’s records, or summary of such records which were maintained by the provider.
2. (2) A licensee shall be entitled to charge reasonable costs, as outlined by T.C.A. § 63-2-102, for the reproduction of records to a third party not to exceed twenty dollars ($20.00) for reports or records five (5) pages or less in length and fifty cents ($.50) per page for each page copied after the first five (5) pages for copying and mailing patient records.
