(1) Pursuant to T.C.A. § 63-19-105, the Committee and Board shall license no person as a physician assistant unless:
(2) Alternatively to 1130-01-.04(1), any person licensed/certified/registered as a physician assistant in another state may be licensed as a physician assistant in Tennessee if both of the following requirements are met:
