Classification specifications for preferred service shall include, at a minimum, the following:

1. (1) Classification title;
2. (2) Summary;
3. (3) Distinguishing features;
4. (4) Examples of duties and responsibilities;
5. (5) Minimum qualifications;
6. (6) Necessary special qualifications (where applicable); and
7. (7) Knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies.
