Waiver of Instructor Development School

Effective Apr 7, 2021Authority: T.C.A. § 38-8-104.Tennessee Peace Officer Standards and Training Commission

(1) The Commission may grant a waiver of the requirement to complete instructor development school based upon the following factors:
1. (a) Training;
2. (b) Education; and
3. (c) Experience.
