1. (1) Other Courses. The Commission shall approve other courses of study or instruction as it may deem necessary to accomplish its objectives which may include, but is not limited to, the following:

   1. (a) Advanced Courses;
   2. (b) Specialized Courses; and
   3. (c) In-service Courses.
