To practice as a graduate physician in Tennessee a person must possess a lawfully issued license from the Board. The Board in its discretion may issue licensure according to the following criteria, process, and qualifications:

1. (1) The Board adopts, as if fully set out here Rule 0880-02-.27 of the Board of Medical Examiners, and as it may from time to time be amended, as its rules governing the graduate physician license; with the exception of the applicable application fee and state regulatory fee which are provided in 1050-02-.02.
