1. (1) A peer assistance program (approved by the Board) must provide at a minimum the following services to an MA:

   1. (a) Referral for assessment of dependency and addiction;
   2. (b) Referral to treatment centers and programs;
   3. (c) Referral to aftercare treatment and counseling;
   4. (d) Referral for psychological issues; and
   5. (e) Ongoing monitoring of recovering professionals.
