Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0940-06-04-.03 – Eligibility for Participation in the Tdmhsas Adat Program for D.U.I. Offenders

(1) A person is eligible to become a service recipient in the TDMHSAS ADAT Program for D.U.I. Offenders when that person has:
1. (a) One (1) or more current D.U.I. convictions as defined in Rule 0940-06-04-.02(10);
2. (b) Been ordered by the court, as a result of the above current conviction(s), to participate in an alcohol or drug treatment program; and
3. (c) Been deemed indigent under T.C.A. § 55-10-403(a)(4)(B) by the court.
