1. (1) The licensee providing personal support services shall comply with and provide services that comply with the following rules:

   1. (a) Chapter 0940-05-02 Licensure Administration and Procedures;
   2. (b) Chapter 0940-05-38 Minimum Program Requirements for Personal Support Services Agencies; and
   3. (c) Chapter 0940-05-06-.03(1)-(6) Minimum Program Requirements for All Facilities- Financial Management of All Facilities.
