- (1) The Facility shall identify Facility personnel who are responsible for developing and implementing a community relations plan.
- (2) A Facility shall take proactive efforts to limit disruption outside of its Facility and that may relate to patients it serves.
- (3) Each Facility shall provide TDMHSAS, when requested, with a specific plan describing the efforts it will make to ensure responsiveness to community needs.
- (4) Each Facility shall document community relations efforts and community contacts, including the resolution of issues identified by community members or patients.
