1. (1) Close-out Inspection. Following the successful completion of the Project, the Agency will conduct a close-out inspection. The Borrower shall provide access to the Project, upon reasonable notice, to the Agency.
2. (2) Completion Certificate. Borrower will submit a Completion Certificate certifying that the Project(s) have been completed before the final payment is disbursed.
