Every Board-approved program shall file an annual report with the Board on or before December 31 of each calendar year.

1. (1) The report shall contain:

   1. (a) The number of students enrolled;
   2. (b) The number of students graduated;
   3. (c) The number of students dismissed or withdrawn;
   4. (d) The number of students sitting for the licensure test; and
   5. (e) The percentage of students taking the test for the first (1st) time and passing the licensure test.
2. (2) A copy of the report filed with THEC or TBR is deemed to meet the requirements of this rule.
