1. (1) An individual shall be deemed partially unemployed during any week of less than full-time work if this condition is due to lack of work and if the wages payable to the individual for such week are:

   1. (a) less than the individual’s weekly benefit amount, and
   2. (b) more than the deductible allowance as provided for in T.C.A. Section 50-7-301(c)(1).
2. (2) “Less than full-time work” refers to the customary full-time work of the individual worker and not to the customary full-time work of the establishment or occupation in which the individual is engaged.
