Overpayment and Underpayment Policies

- (1) Overpayment. The filing officer shall submit a refund request to the fiscal officer who will process any overpayment to the remitter.
- (2) Underpayment. Upon receipt of a document with an insufficient payment, the filing officer shall return the document along with the original payment to the remitter.
