Under the provisions of the Act, the Commissioner may make additional inspections as he deems appropriate whenever there is a fatality, catastrophe, employee complaint, or discrimination complaint. Inspections in these categories shall be conducted in accordance with this chapter and a notice may be issued, if appropriate.
