As used in this chapter, unless the context clearly otherwise requires:

1. (1) The definitions and interpretations contained in T.C.A. §50-3-103 and Rule 0800-1-1-.02 shall be applicable to such terms when used in this chapter.
2. (2) “Affected Employee” means any employee who would be affected when petitions for variances are granted, denied, modified, revoked, or renewed.
