In addition to the definitions contained in T.C.A. § 62-36-103, the following definitions are applicable to this chapter:

1. (1) “Completed application” means the submission of the application form approved by the commissioner with all of the questions answered to the satisfaction of the commissioner, and accompanied by the required fee and all required documentation;
2. (2) “Licensee” means an individual who holds a current, unexpired license as a professional geologist issued by the commissioner.
